Almost nothing I want to do works out

I picked up playing guitar again, which I could do fine years ago. But now I’m getting aches in my shoulder when playing. And I’m not playing all day either, just for a bit, and I’m researching guitar ergonomics and following those, still doesn’t work. My body is apparently very fragile at age 34. I have tried other hobbies that didn’t work out because of aches as well, where my joints became permanently inflamed or something. More often than not, things doesn’t work out when I get into them.

So I’ll have to force myself to get into hobbies that I can do, although they are not what I want to do the most.

I guess things could be worse.

Yes, I can 3d model (hit or miss), I can code video games. So I’ll need to get into one of those. I’ve managed to do those 2 without problems for the most part.

You’ll have to take what you get in life, there are no other options, although it’s a bitter pill to swallow.
