Don’t know why they have done it. Instead of taking 50mg of sertraline and 25mg of quetiapine at night i will just be taking 15mg mirtazipine.
Had a bit of clarity at points today.
Told them I may still not take it. Don’t know yet. Don’t even know why it was changed to be honest.
Just took it. Hope I’m still alive in the morning.
I think mirtazapine is a really big sedative. Hopefully you get a deep restful sleep
It’s not just a sedative. Is like a psych med but it also makes people sleepy

Yes it is. 1515151 but apparently it helps you sleep.
@Qwerty , mirtazapine knocked me the F*** out! If you need sleep I highly recommend it.
I took it at some point. It was definitely good for sleep at 15mg. It doesn’t knock you out as much if you raise the dose though.
Slept from 7:30pm -1am.
Woke up at 1am cos some sort of bug/flew int my hair and woke me up.
Came to living room. Slept here from 1am-3:30am.
Just woke. But very sedated and going back to sleep.
