Cured of negative symptoms, cognitive symptoms better too

Took nac , l theanine, wheat germ oil for about a week, sarcosine for about a month, my negatives are gone and cognitive got a lot better also…

My father took panax ginseng high absorption dosage, nac , sarcosine, wheat germ oil and for his parkinson,his face blood flow got a lot better , cognitive wise his memory got better like mine as well

Mom took l theanine for her anxiety disorder, she’s not on any meds, mood got seemingly better also

Will continue to monitor and wait for next month to purchase lion mane mycelium extract and gotu kola extract for myself and bacopa for my family

I have to add I am on a Mediterranean diet but it doesn’t help in a significant amount for my cognitive and negatives. It does help a bit , just not noticeable

Going on a clean eating Mediterranean diet, ramping up exercise, and adding fermented foods has nearly wiped out my negatives. Sarcosine, creatine, and rosemary essential oil in a diffuser help with cognition. Amyloban 3399 mutes pain from back injury. It used to boost my dopamine antagonist meds, but doesn’t seem to amplify Cobenfy, must be because it works differently. I notice it does help with Parkinson’s.

Isn’t saying negatives are ‘gone’ a misnomer? By definition negative symptoms are things that aren’t there so how can something not there be gone? Do you mean you’re more social and have motivation and no more flat effect? I didn’t think there is a ‘cure’ for negatives.

I was told Amisulpride would help with my negatives. Cant say it did, even after 5 years.

Amisulpride is known for solving positive, not so much with negatives , there’s a lancet studies on 32 antipsychotics and clozapine came out on top for negative symptoms

Just curious, how do you quote the person while replying?

Mine are well-managed to the point where they don’t bother me much. I don’t have the motivation issues I did before. I get a lot done in a day. When I have days where I eat crap food, don’t do my therapy exercises, or forget to take my supps, they come crashing back. Hard.

Not cured. Managed.

I don’t have cognitive symptoms.

And my negatives are under control.

You can’t use that long term because it affects your hormones.

Yeah I plan to cycle it for my dad

It also interacts with the blood thinner I need for my heart issues.

I take NAC, and I still have bad negatives. Helps a bit with my anxiety, though

And as far as OP saying they are “cured” of negatives, I hope they mean they’re “managed” well. I don’t think they’ve found an outright “cure” for negatives yet. Just meds/supplements to help manage them

Does your nac help? I am unsure which of my supplement is helping me but I am 100% sure they are helping with my cognitive and negative symptoms together

I do ACT exercises for anxiety. I can recommend some workbooks.

What bothers me the most about the negative symptoms are.

How much grams of creatine are you taking per day? How does it help you with cognition?

I was taking 6 grams of creatine per day for the past 6 months till December 2025. I will start taking again after a few days.

Also could you tell me which AP are you taking and how much dosage?
