It seemed to make Abilify less effective for me, and so I developed suicidal ideation.
I only remember the name l theanine i tried a few others and vitamins didn’t do anything for me
I don’t trust these things
Too many of them.
Don’t combine curcumin with blood thinners.
Messy.
I have not tried any of these ones…
I am considering taking a tiny vitamin D supplement though.
For the bones.
There is not much sunshine here and it has been advised by the governemnt
Any of those I listed that you tried? Did you buy from the same vendor as you did before?
Those are my big three. Rosemary essential oil also proven to help memory when run in a diffuser. I use that. Saffron in cooking weekly, never as a supplement. Doctor said not to bother with Polygala. Gotu Kola is dangerous to me - previous liver issues.
NAC didn’t make a difference that I noticed.
Creatine is worthwhile, recommend that.
Especially recommend dosing with lots of probiotics from fermented foods. Make your own.
ZMA. Good sleep, weird dreams, felt rested, hard wood upon waking. But ultimately its a “before bed” med and I dont want to cross lines with my psych meds, which are more important.
Cod liver oil is beneficial
Other than magnesium I am getting enough of the rest from food
Ultimately we have to be careful with supplements due to adverse interactions with our prescribed meds.
I have tried modafinil, bought illegal, to treat my depression, negative symptoms, but it didn’t work so now i have a stash of expensive meds that doesn’t work.
Just Sarcosine, didn’t help
Yeah, like taking one that is a powerful blood thinner on top of your powerful blood thinner. Got a nosebleed so bad I looked like a an extra in a seventies Italian horror movie.
Is our antipsychotic a blood thinner?
Depends. Which one do you take?
Or taking dopamine increasing supplements while taking meds that dramatically reduce dopamine. Sure, only certain receptors are responsible for our issues, but the meds make no distinction. And nor does the supps. They’ll boost the ones that make us ill.
Aripiprazole
I dont like supplements they are s h i t
However different things may work 4 different ppl.
