Just to say has anyone had any success with these please? I’ve recently tried Theanine and haven’t noticed much but it’s only day three of 400mg!

I take L-theanine at bedtime and it helps me fall asleep. I also use it when I am having a panic attack. It really helps relax me and it’s not addictive.

Not all brands are good.
The best brand I’ve found is “doctor’s best suntheanine”.

Just beware of the possible link between Sarcosine and prostate problems.

That’s actually the reason I never used sarcosine.

I have used sarcosine in the past and had possibly a mild to moderate benefit from it. Theanine was a complete dud, maybe it was low quality stuff. Problem is that you have use these supplements for some time to notice anything most of the time.
