L-theanine does work

It genuinely does work but I have to take 400mgs.

1cup lentils ,1 tablespoon sauerkraut(probiotics), 1-2 oysters zinc,1 serving salmon, 1/2 piece nori seaweed(3 grams),1/2 tablespoon wheat germ oil(vitamin e),2 egg (choline), 2 cups nutrisoy milk(calcium),4 cups green tea for polyphenols and caffeine, guava 1/2 vitamin c, natto 1/2 tablespoon vitamin k2, a lot of fruits cus I don’t like vegetables as much but I take both ,red/brown rice

Supplement: saffron 30mg for bdnf and ngf,nac 600mg and sarcosine 1g for antioxidant, l theanine 345mg, creatine 5g

Pretty comprehensive supplement regimen you have there, do you notice positive effects from it?

I notice the B-vitamin complex I take helps.

I have some but was only taking 100mg twice a day when I took it. I’m gonna try 200mg twice daily see if I notice anything. Thanks for the input

More energetic , less brain fog, and don’t have to pause in between talking to try to recall what I need to say as much.

I also take potassium salt so as to maintain potassium sodium balance

I would just take salmon for the omega 3 really

Unfortunately L-theanine did not work for me. It also made me feel off.
