I even forget you folks… Sometimes confused with who you are. It’s like someone gives me like and I wonder where I know or them knowing me …
I find depressive spells make me hella bad with memory. Something I’ve had for significant chunks of life.

I suffer from severe cognition impairment since I was born.and after my first episode of schizophrenia it get worse.now after taking the right medication my cognition improved but not as a normal healthy person though.
i think you should talk to your doctor yes… they can help whatever it is. its good to be proactive.
What meds are you on? Some meds can mess with your memory. Like benzos.
Do a Google search for the meds you’re on and memory, see what you can find.
