No. It’s a memo from the DOJ letting states know that the OBBBA’s cuts to Medicaid (only Medicaid) may allow them to violate existing laws (Olmstead, Section 504, ADA) regarding the integration mandate for disabled people (people with schizophrenia are disabled).

To me. I always think of how this is how bad things start in governement. One small step at a time. Slowly working their way in. It’s like cooking a live lobster. Before you know it, its too late and the damage is done.
Edit : And just to assure you that this isn’t political. I believe this is true on both sides. There parts of both sides that try to slip in the extreme a little at a time , depending who has the power.

No one’s putting me in a cage again. I know how to act normal regardless. Biggest lesson I’ve learned being locked up is never let anyone see your illness to the point where it becomes a burden on them or you risk being locked up. Unfortunately while I may be capable of that not everyone is.
