Do any of you not like going out

But wish you could be at home all the time, like a recluse? Who here wishes they didn’t have to go out?

If so, what are your reasons for feeling this way?

In my case, I hate going out because for me it’s dangerous and risky. I’m afraid I’d be stuck and unable to come home, out of my comfort zone. Also the avolition, hating the idea of getting dressed and heading out to car. And I hate driving because I zone out.

What about you?

Is that safe to drive when your zone out

I have no choice but to drive because my husband has epilepsy and most of the time he can’t drive. He navigates for me and warns me of hazards. Otherwise I’m just barely hanging on

I appreciate going out, but often I just want to stay at home

Usually when I’m not motivated to go outside, it’s because I want to do inside activities, or I’m not motivated to shower, brush my teeth, dress, or I’m scared to go outside because there’s wind (I have a phobia of wind)

I keep my vinyls and books safe by being home.

I dont like how most people treat me.

I feel like a disrespected , excluded, bullied outsider n beyond.

So i dont go out that often.

Dont have any relationships and my abusers hold positions of power n infludnce n money n incited hate on me n no one would question them .

Disapointing no one stood by me or up for me but was alone kinda etc.

Couldnt get proper support netwofk even had hospitals tell me to ho elseehere n “mdntal health support jouse” kinda ignored me n disrespected so didnt feel welcome or wanted or seen or respected of connecting to even say proper hello etc so stopped going .

I don’t want to go out. When I’m out I can see ppl laughing and talking about me. So I’m so scared I start crying

I had to drive my mom to the airport this early morning – that was a sensory overload, to say the least. I had to take an Ativan. But I made it!
