depends what you mean by love. If you mean affection probably not but love can take many forms. Love in all its forms is sufficient perhaps 
but not just romantic love for example
In MY books, love, is a normal, natural and healthy need and embodiment. Love is happiness.
And immense acceptance brings joy.
