I think this everyday it has to be real even tho they say there made up. This voices say your crazy it’s not all in the head

For 7 years, I have no doubt that these are alien voices, though not human ones - they say that they are aliens.

Yes all the time. Why would I call out my own name or how would I get an actual scratchy record player in my head and I couldn’t even vocalize a lot of the sounds I hear.

One time, during a really rough episode, the voice told me to “gouge my own eyes out.” Then it asked me in a caring tone if “I had anything to eat that day.”
