I had a doctors appointment today and she raised my Olanzapine from 5 mg to now 10 mg. I told her I wanted an increase because I was still paranoid and I was having trouble sleeping. She agreed. So I am now on a medium dose.

Even the low dose of 5 mg was making me hungry, so yes 10 mg will continue to make me hungry. Im not too worried, I do a lot of cardio every day.
