I took a nap today after work and I dreamt I was at my job at the hot tub joint. I have dreams about that place often, it’s my most common dream. I got that job 9 months after an 8 month hospital stay and worked there four years, I think I dream about it because during that period I was young (22-26 years old) and it was the closest I came to being really alive. Most of the time the owners are in my dreams, they were a young husband and wife and they liked me. I like dreaming about it, it brings back good memories.

Sometimes I dream of when I worked at jimmy johns that was a fun job and I was really healthy back then

I’m glad that brings up good memories for you. You can still feel alive. Just gotta find a good hobby or wind down routine.Only time I felt remotely alive was a hoax.I was engaged to an inmate in California Prison system. Then I got extremely bored with my life after he got engaged to another woman upon release.and started comparing my life to his. Went to therapy for 5 years trying to figure out what was making me extremely bored. What I was experiencing was peace after trauma. My body just couldn’t handle it and made it seem uncomfortable not to be under constant stress all the time.
