i feel i have much to be grateful for, yet i feel so sad. maybe it is the weather, winter dragged on this year as usual. i keep focusing on all the ‘bad’ in my world and it is putting my light out and extinguished for awhile at least.
Maybe try to train yourself to notice more positive things by trying to find things you’re grateful for on a regular basis (it can be for food you enjoyed, good weather, a song/Youtuber you appreciate , something nice that was said to you, an outfit you liked to wear)
