Every where I go some ppl stare not a hallucination it’s real I’ve still in touch with reality so it wasn’t that. Do all these ppl plotting against me

If it’s real which you think, I think it could be that there is something off about your appearance maybe, that has happened to me in the past. No one is out to get you.
