I have fixed bielef that people spying on me and talking about me.and there is connection between them telling each other what I have done.using security camera and spy on my phone.its so stressful.please tell me its not real.i need to have a relief.also how to get rid of this ideas.

That has to be extremely stressful to have those kind of thoughts.

yes I take lots of medications including antipsychotic.

It’s almost certainly not true… it’s most likely an illusion. I also think it would be illegal and most people would be shocked by it. Don’t worry!
