Still thinking there’s a microchip in my brain that reads my thoughts. Also I feel like time travelers are out to get me. Just trying to vent. I know it’s not real but I keep seeing subtle messages everywhere.

Maybe because they want me to join them and their corrupt job. They aren’t using it to study but to make the rich richer.

I also am delusional and idk the facts anymore.
So i cannot pretend that i know wats real with u either.

Hey @PhotoGuy. Don’t worry; it’s not real. Many of us have similar fears and delusions. It’s part and parcel of the sz/sza. And you certainly aren’t annoying anyone by posting it; I think we all understand. In fact, just earlier today, I was talking in the Say Anything #31 thread about fears of apps and vents and all kinds of things. We’ve all got some of that, I think, or at least most of us. So you aren’t alone. Vent away.

I wish there was something I could say to stop those delusions. Just got to exercise rational doubt as best you can. Only believe what you cannot doubt. Think about the three Ps. Probability, Possibilty, Plausibility. How likely is it , is it something that can or could have happened, and how realistic or practical is the idea?
