i know what you mean, i used to think peopel on the tv and radio etc knew me… sz can seem very convincing sometimes… its not real tho… your just fixated on finding coincidences so much that eventually they will happen

yea i think we all struggle with that at times… i think theyre called “delusions of reference” medically speakng… like when something happens that sort of cements your hallucinations as being real…an experience we refer back to as proof that our delusions are real…

I think the mind is subconsiously trying to sort of justify what we have experienced in psychosis by trying to find proof of it. I thought like that the first years after my last psychosis, but gradually I have managed to let go of that thought pattern.

I’m up late. Worried that my neighbors are yelling at me, and that I have dissociative amnesia about when they’ve been yelling.

In what scenario would it be ok to watch someone?

Or in what scenario would it be necessary?

note that all schizohrenics share same delusions.so its must be the mental illness we have causes these false beliefs and thoughts.

I know, it’s really uncomfortable, maybe tell someone how you feel.

Sometimes I’m just not sure whether or not people are watching me.
