What to do, think, feel about being watched?

As the title says, I think I’m being watched like a 24/7 live TV show, reality show, and I’m not sure what to do, feel, think about it. Thoughts?

I’m not sure what more I can contribute. We have discussed this before on the old forum. If you cant shake the belief that you are being watched, the best option is to try not to care I guess.

you saw the Truman show no doubt…my delusions were just like The Matrix but with Jesus involved…thank goodness I was insane before the movie came out…it’s just a movie…no one is watching you…please tell your pdoc about this…you are near full blown psychosis.

It’s surely making you anxious, so maybe meditate or do heart coherence (you can find videos on YouTube)

And talk to your doctor about that

I hope you’ll feel better soon

I have it sometimes.

I feel like I’m being watched, recorded and monitored 24/7 . I asked my pdoc for sedating APs. With 2 sedating APs combined I’m calm enough to function even though I’ve got that going on.

I get this pretty bad, too. Not sure what advice I have – it’s something I’m likely to deal with for the rest of my life. I just lean on my coping mechanisms when I get symptomatic

I’ve been wanting to try Seroquel instead of Clozapine. I’m currently on Clozapine, Invega Sustenna, and Zyprexa.

I had that thought for most of my life but lately that has vanished.

I spent enough time in the ward to not care.

I don’t feel watched. I feel feared to such an extend that people go over to the uppeset side walk when I walk through my town. I’ve done nothing wrong the past 30 years. No physically or verbal attack on anybody but I do really feel like people fear and respect me.
