Im on 10mg of abilify daily. Was on 15mg a while ago. Its my fave of the antipsychotics ive tried over the years. My brain still works mostly and I have energy to do things. But I fully understand when people complain about being super uncomfortable and restless on it. Im a bit like that. Anxious. But to me it beats being severely tired all the time and being perpetually starving like when on some other meds. Ive been on olanzapine, invega and a few others and they would knock me out. But I also did feel very calm and kinda more content with things on those sometimes compared to how I feel on abilify. I think all the meds suck. But sometimes we gotta choose which one we hate the least and take that.

Partial dopamine agonists are my favorites. They are Abilify, Rexulti and Vraylar.
But I respond well to aps as long as I take them.
I have been on Haldol(briefly) , Invega, Abilify, Vraylar and Abilify Maintena injection(Current)
Did not like Haldol and Invega. The others seemed more bearable to me.
Although, I have been feeling a bit of that restlessness people are speaking about recently. But I also just quit smoking so I dont know the source, honestly.

I’m on 10mg daily. Pills. With 150mg Paliperidone depot. But I’m switching to aripriprazole depot next month. Most likely 300mg.
Abilify doesn’t seem that bad side effects wise.

For me it has no antipscyhotic effect. When I was on only abilify i became psychotic.
They gave me it together with xeplion
I’m on Abilify and Invega. I take the Abilify to lower my high prolactin levels caused by Invega. I’ve gained about 20 pounds since I started the Abilify.
