I just did training @Zoe, and i have to do presentations for my job 
im nervous but I can do it!

I used to get really nervous at presenting
Took a while to get used to it
When I present I like to cover a few points on the slides but add two or three additional items
Means that people are engaged more
Did a short course on presenting and they got us to record ourselves presenting to keep refining it
Getting over the social pain will make you unstoppable!

I can actually just read off the slides or a page. but its just nerves and im sure I will be ok - maybe if I just take my glasses off so I can’t see anyone.
