Don’t know if its going to work out or if i will break down and buy some soon. I guess we will see. I cant stay on the gum forever.
I have never smoked cigarettes myself but I would believe the craving for nicotine should subside or actually be zero. Just try to get rid of the old habit of lighting up a cigarette stix.
I have quit before. When you have smoked for 30 years off and on the urge still pops up after a long time without smoking.
You are right that the physical withdrawel is probably gone after a time without cigarettes but it is so ingrained after many years that the temptation is always there. It will probably be for the rest of my life.
Well, at least now in the current time you are taking measures to improve your health. Unfortunately large tobacco companies of the past were profiting on the health of their citizens. Now cigarette companies are almost no more.
I have a colleague at work that used gum for many years. In any case it’s a lot better than smoking.
It’s six months on pouches ..
I don’t crave cigarettes no more.Maybe I’ll switch to nicotine patches soon .
I’m still using the gum 3 years after quitting the vape and 4 years after cigarettes. I’m still addicted to nicotine but my lungs are much healthier now and I’m not coughing up brown gunk anymore. Just do your best!
I’m still on the vape…chain vape all day long
Ive been cold turkey for 14 days now. Im using normal chewing gum though and am chewing it like 24/7. Im using it to replace the times I would vape/smoke. You can make the transition.
