How are you guys?

It’s spring here.

Birds, sun, bees, flowers, plants, high temperature etc.

Hi @Om_Sadasiva

I’m ok. A bit anxious. My ECG came back abnormal and I’m waiting to see what the doctor says now.

Not been eating much myself due to weight loss medication.

How’s your hydration levels? I think we tend to get a lot of our hydration from the foods we eat so if your not eating much you might also not be getting enough water and may need to up your water consumption by slowly sipping water throughout the day. I also heard weight loss drugs can dry you out idk if it’s true or not. Whenever I get dehydrated my heart starts hurting. I been on the brink a few times and drinking enough water always brings me back.

Everything will be fine. Don’t worry
