I was up pretty late last night. Kinda surprised I’m even awake now but here I am.
Today is Mamacita’s birthday. She dropped off some groceries earlier today. 
Planning on making some chili either later tonight or tomorrow. I got the ground turkey in the fridge.

Hey y’all, I’m having a nice day off so far.
I went to the town I live by to run a few errands, then stopped off at my apartment to get dirty laundry and a few other items, now back at my sister’s house, chillin. Later I’ll do laundry and make my chili mac.

No it’s totally different, not at all tomatoey. It’s more of a meaty chili sauce.
I start with two cans of this chili sauce, add a pound of ground beef, a can of kidney beans and Frank’s Xtra Hot.

It was impossible falling asleep yesterday. Damn insomnia.
I slept the whole day instead. And now I have a headache.

Hey @Speedy, I’m doing well today. That sucks about your insomnia. I sleep on a couch at my sister’s, but thankfully they have some pretty comfortable couches.

I’m used to not being able to sleep in time. But I’ve noticed it wears me out. It’s not like when I was young, being able to pull all nighters. I can’t do it anymore.

I forgot to set my alarm and didn’t wake up til 8:30…then I went out and cleared the snow around my Jeep. It’s still snowing and they have closed the buses and county offices. We’re expecting up to 18 inches today and tomorrow. I rescheduled my doctor’s appointment for tomorrow and will likely walk to my dentist appointment on Wed. I use an electric snow thrower around the Jeep and it’s so much easier than a shovel. I’ll be using it again in a few hours just to keep up as the snow falls…it’s unlikely that my apartment complex will plow in a timely manner…

Yeah, my sister will give me a little cash for doing it. She was supposed to leave it for me, but she forgot. She asked me if I have CashApp, Venmo or PayPal, but I don’t use any of those. I could use the money. I have an eye appointment tomorrow morning, most likely getting bifocals. Even with insurance I’ll likely pay over $200 out of pocket. Probably at least $250.
