I wore my nicest outfit, put on makeup and curled my hair while my husband was at the gym because he said we were going on a date tonight.
Unfortunately, he was at the gym too late to still be able to go out.
So now I’m in my pjs.

The reason I’m not hurt is my husband’s friends all ditched him when he had the severe spinal injuries, but recently he’s made some new friends at the gym. He got carried away talking. I’m actually happy for him even though I’m bummed. I was looking forward to it

Quaker Steak and Lube stays open till midnight I think. It’s kind of like a chicken wing place. Sorry you’re bummed. But I’m glad your husband has friends. Sometimes men need to hang out with other men.
