I knew what I had known all along. My doctor was trying to argue with me that I had type 1 diabetes. Well I knew for this long I had type 2. I’m kind of angry because if she’s been treating it as type 1 that’s not good. I also missed out on some weightloss benefits at work because they didn’t work with people with type 1. It’s always good to have them do a test again. Like for instance, she gave someone else in my family ozempic but would not give me any and claimed it was because I kept switching jobs and insurance. But the other person in my family was doing the same thing and was also on medicaid. She’s retiring in June so I get to choose a new doctor. I’m just happy I maybe can reverse it. Someone else in my family reversed it by jogging everyday and going vegetarian.
I hope you can reverse your type 2 diabetes it is very doable. Ive reversed mine now and im borderline normal level on blood test. I just cut down on sugary things and eat a bit healthier nothing back breaking but everyones different and it can easily become out of control
You got this!!!
Congratulations! That’s wonderful. I’ve also heard it is what you eat. Most of the time, on the weekdays, I’m drinking protein shakes and eating bananas but I eat alot of carbs on the weekends like pasta , wings… I truly believe if I cut back on that like you’re saying I can get my score down to a 5.
I reversed my type 2 diabetes too. I’m in the normal range now, not even borderline. I changed what I eat and I lost some weight
Youve got this!!!
