Like @sweetpotatopie suggested crockpots are very easy. You cut stuff up, toss it in, set it on low for 6-8 hours depending on the recipe and eat. It’s very healthy while being simple
Have your grilled cheese with vegetable soup and that’s quite healthy!
Grilled cheese sandwiches go really well with tomato soup.
fiber on d cards
There’s a lot of healthy snacks and foods you can buy for cheap at places like Walmart. Like cottage cheese, wheat round crackers, apples, cheese slices. You can take a cheese slice and fold it a couple times to get four little pieces and then put them on the crackers for a snack. Stuff like that. I’ve been eating a lot of cottage cheese myself lately. It’s an excellent late night snack because it’s not heavy on your stomach.
Make scrambled eggs
I can recommend sandwiches, for example with sardines or chicken. Maybe you can get a hold of pre-cooked chicken fillet you can just put straight on, then you can have avocado and tomatoes on. You can use mayo on the sandwiches as it has mostly healthy fat.
And drink black coffee, too, recent studies found it is good for heart health.
I have problems like this too, I try and get ready meals that are healthy but a lot of them have meat in them like chicken, Beef etc,
today I had very little, I had a medium Big Mac meal for Lunch, Dinner was a cheese & ham toastie, its all I could handle.
