I admit when they first announced it I got off a little on it. The post nut clarity has not led me to view it favorably tho

I went off Cobenfy and stopped having GI issues that it gave me. It made me barf pretty frequently. I didn’t like it and coming off was a relief…but I went on clozapine and gained a bunch of weight. Seems like I can’t win!

@WhiteRaven how long were you on it for?

I was on it about 10 months. It did okay on the psych symptoms but it gave me a lot of nausea and smelly diarrhea.

I’ve been on it 6 months at 50/20 twice daily I started taking it once daily and I have had a rough week with withdrawal

I was on it about 4 months and had to stop cold turkey due to GI issues and feeling sub human. It was just a huge relief and I felt better the following day.

But I’m sure if you were not suffering quite that much on it, withdrawal would be more noticeable. I’m sorry you’re having a rough time. @Rainstorm

I went through hell to get on it in the first place. Not jumping off. Even had to agree to be part of a study. (spits)

@WhiteRaven how did you get off cobenfy? Like what was your tapering schedule?

There was no tapering off for the Cobenfy…I was at the highest dose and they just started the clozapine. I was in the hospital at the time and they could manage any symptoms.
