I went off invega in october 2022 since being on it from 2016. Psychosis was within weeks of stopping and I was unbearably psychotic by october 2023 when i was certified.

yeah….i just had pdoc switch me to a different ap.
Are you asking how to get off it without any AP or just how to get off it and switch to another med?

Switch to another med I feel stuck on it because I become psychotic whenever I lower the dose

My pdoc got my levels of the new med up prior to the other medication lowering in my body.
In other words, from my experience, they make sure your new med has sufficient built up in your system before the old med wears off.

I’ve been off invega cute a year now switched too haldol no problems except voices

I was switched to caplyta from invega. I fell into psychosis about a year later never missed a dose of caplyta even while psychotic.
Now im on uzedy, vraylar and clozaril. Doing okay. Fight or flight anxiety is my biggest problem.

I tried to get off Invega and switch to Abilify. I had a relapse within 3 months, So, I went back on it. Now I take both meds.
