Today I went to my hub to volunteer & had a nice Lunch, I then typed something up & co chaired a house meeting, it was pretty cool as I’ve not been able to attend much and I’ve been attending more regular lately.

Thanks @Ducky , unfortunately i don’t feel good a an psychiatric ward. The staff is nice and so are the patients, but i hate being there so discharged myself wednesday.

Yeah, thanks for askng @Ducky, but the past years i have been chronically sucidal (4 attempts) I hope clozapine kan make a different, but i doubt it.

Only plan today is to shovel the driveway. My dad will help, thankfully. We shoveled yesterday, so shouldn’t be as bad. Snow is finally done and the sun is out, here.

Thanks a lot @Ducky - i’m on mirtazapine as an AD. It doesn’t affect your sexuality like other AD’s. And now i’m starting clozapine for mmy suicidal behaviour and thoughts. Its supposed to reduce suicidal behaviour.

Nothing to ses
Shoveled 3 times. They say more snow. I’m done till tomorrow. Gonna cook dinner and have some hot tea. Just got in the house. Gonna do laundry my clothes are soaking wet. Good things.
