sucks i know these symptoms are really annoying… maybe try to find something else to do tho if the radio is indeed triggering you. its not real, its one of the most popular SZ symptoms.

yes its triggering. it can be so annoying sometimes cause even if you know its not real its like you cant stop hearing it, so not much one can do about it sometimes. In fact past my first episode i almsot always knew it wasnt real but the persistence of the voices again and again makes it hard to resist over time
