Depot is cancelled tomorrow. Nurse off ill. So they will give it me Friday when I have my appointment.

Im obese because of the Ap’s but i eat treats still. My weight has stayed same since August, its just one of them things. Gotta take the benefits of meds and hope they outweigh the risks for a decent lifespan
I wouldnt last long off meds. I tried to end it Saturday , so without meds be even worse and more shakey
