Currently on Paliperidone 150mg pm and Aripriprazole 10mg daily.
Resting heart rate 120-140bpm.
I’m quitting the Paliperidone this Friday and sticking to 10mg aripriprazole. But I am scared of tachycardia and heart conditions.
Today I will weight lift after a long layoff.
What if I get heart palpitations or cardiac arrest?
I’m scared to exercise…
If the paliperidone is not prn. But daily,
My only suggestion is becareful not to quit it all in one abrupt stop.
But instead taper slowly.
It’s a depot so it should wear off naturally. I did stop all meds for two weeks like 6 weeks ago. And I was fine psychologically. The meds have no effect on positive symptoms for me.
And I am asymptomatic again currently.

everyone is going to be different I had tachycardia but and they had to reduce my dose on Abilify from 10 to 5 in the early days… but I no longer experience this anymore even on 15mg.. dunno what changed. I currently take 5mg … been up and down with the doses
