Home now. 15151515

Home now. But now crisis team are back. Coming out tonight around 8:30 I think to make sure I take my medication.

Got back a few hours ago. Been trying to chill as much as possible. Doing dinner.

My mum will be stopping here in the evenings until my son starts sleeping through. Dr thinks the brain damage he had at birth is affecting his sleep so we are waiting to see a paediatric dr who may prescribe melatonin for him.

I’m so glad you are home @Qwerty

Just take it one minute at a time. Be good to yourself.

I’m glad your mom can come to help. Sounds like you have good support.

I was in a respite/group home too. When I got released they had a crisis case manager come by to my house daily to make sure I was taking my meds. So I understand the process. I hope that it will help you.

Best wishes :pink_heart:
