I just got here about an hour ago.
I’m still having issues with my treatment team that they are all actors. And I don’t know if I will take my medication tonight which is in a lock box
This place is nice. I was here 8 years ago. It’s a house. They have up to 2 people who can stay to have respite. I’ve met the other lady staying here. She also has schizophrenia and she is my age.
The mitrazapine did help me sleep last night.
It’s nice to be able to get some rest.

Feel a bit antsy at the moment. Resting is hard for me. I feel like I need to be doing something all the time.

Im panicing tonight a bit.
I took the mirtazapine at 7:30pm it’s now 10:30pm and while I do feel a bit sedated I have not been able to sleep.

There is a member of staff on over night. But not allowed to wake them unless it’s an absaloute emergency. I’m going to ring the access team.
