But there are staff here to chat with. At the moment I’m in the lounge with another lady with schizophrenia and 2 staff members.

Found it hard taking my medication tonight. Mood is a bit low too.

I’m glad you’re getting the help you need.

I’m also not in a good head space today..

I feel I have a lot of my own stuff going on, plus I’m at a loss of what to do with my step son.

Refusing to do anything…. No school work, not helping around the house..
