I went to buy patches for a month and a pack of lozenges. The bill was 150€.
And that’s in a country that supposedly promotes social security for everyone and fights tobacco dependence.
It seems they don’t want us to quit. I doubt the patches production cost is that high.

I pay $51 for each box of Walmart brand nicotine gum, 220 pieces. I go thru a box a week.

It cost me nothing, I went cold turkey.
Unless you count HBO Max, which I watched constantly to help ignore cravings. That’s like what 15 bucks a month?
I know it’s expensive and very difficult but quitting nicotine is a life changing experience… and those are rare. Just don’t fall into the trap of switching to vaping it.
