Was thinking of just going to gum. The smoking cessation drug cost me like 80 dollars last time. I would think a month would be enough to get rid of most of the chemical withdrawels.
I mean, I am smoking almost nothing and I am chewing less of the gum. I dont see my doc in awhile to ask their opinion, so I think I am going to make my own decision here.
I think its mostly the habit at this point and not the chemical addiction. If you do something for 35 years, its had to get out of the habit of going and doing it.
P.S. I was thinking of renting a jackhammer.
These nicotine gum are are extremely hard to open with your fingers. They arent only child proof, they are nearly adult proof.
I hope you succeed in quitting entirely. Ever since they found cysts in my lungs I stopped. Today I smoke one cigarette very rare rare rarely smoke. Once a year. I went through anxiety. Anyway sounds like a good plan hugs
Hmm I wousltn worry about the money tbh… just do whatever you can to fortify yourself against smoking. You’ll save more money in the long term. If you don’t need them all good but if your stoping the meds just to save money… think of the long term… you’ll save probably tens of thousands of dollars in your lifetime on not smoking. $80 I know is a lot but if it helps you stop it’s like the best possible investment you can make… money wise and health wise which again is the most important part of all. Another 80$ if it helps could give you an extra 10-20 years if it helps you quit for good. Best of luck man!
Careful on that wish breh. I used them a lot and they caused tooth decay, I had to get some teeth pulled because of it. If it were more simple I would have sued the company that manufactures them! I’m talking about Thrive Mint 2 mg nicotine lozenges…
