17 but didn’t get diagnosed til 21.. 38 now
15 but I’ve been floundering with the wrong diagnosis for many years but things changed and the doc got smarter and it ended up being schizophrenic after all.
Think I had it since birth, but only became psychotic at 17, hospitalized at 19/20.

My thinking style was weird and unusual ever since i can remember but hallucinations started in 2016. Possibly thanks to a drug fuelled halloween night in 2015. The one and only drug encounter
Hospitalized the first times at aged 15&16.
Had it all my life but officially diagnosed at 20 years old
Started having prodromal symptoms at 12, about the same time as puberty started…didn’t get diagnosed until 15-16.
35 years young kid
I was prodromal at 30…full blown finally one night of the time change in 1997. full psychosis for most of the year of 1998. in 99 I started writing my book about what I imagined while psychotic.
Well, I was diagnosed at age 19 but my mom told me later she started seeing signs when I was in high school, probably when I was 17 in 12th grade. I’m 65 now.
Got it at 29 im 41 now
I was 27. They say it’s rare to develop it after 30. I was almost there ![]()

I was 30 but I was prodromal for 4-5 years.
I had anxiety and phobias as a young kid (7 on up), but a formal diagnosis didn’t occur until I was in my mid twenties. I can’t recall much from that time. I’m in my early 40s now.
First psychotic symptoms at 15
First hospitalisation and diagnosis at 18
I’m 42 years old now
Serious depressive break at 23. Saw a shrink and walked away smoking weed till I ran into psychosis at 29.
Late bloomer but kept with same shrink since first problems and he’s been amazingly good for me.
Hindsight is a crazy thing but I’ve bad teeth because I sucked my thumb till I was 7. I always had bad anxiety even before I knew what it was but that is mental illness…You don’t know what is different and you can’t change the way you think!
I’m soon to be 56 years old and I’m doing gangbusters but it’s 20 years late…I wish I knew about the diet and exercise then like I do now. It’s dumb but it works for me and meanwhile I’m going to go hard and live life like I do!
