@Om_Sadasiva,you constantly read and listen triggering stuff,having mixed feelings and view on reality. Staying in unusual beliefs just to study them.

Man,take a walks ,or exercise more,maybe you will sacrifice your intelligence,but enjoy nature a bit.

I have 2-3 friends but we’re not close.

Than do it yourself,buy camera,go out ,take a photos,go fishing,go to a trips, enjoy usual things,let alone your introspection….
