I am off generic chantix and have reduced gum significantly.
I believe I’m going to make it this time.
Still get the ocassional urge, but it’s something I can fight past these days.
Not the near overwhelming nagging desire it used to be.

Well done Bowens. Quitting is no easy task. I hope you’re proud of yourself.
Have you noticed any health benefits so far?
Great job! Quitting any addiction is very hard work
Cool that’s a big accomplishment
You’ll save a lot of money once you’re off all nicotine
Good to hear Bowens. You’ll notice in short time, how much money you save and how much better you’ll feel. Hang in there, it’s worth it
great work man!
dont make the same mistake i did. I quit for 13 years. Bought a pack at christmas and been smoking since. I should have known better. Only smoking about 4 a day, i need to stop while i can
YEs. Can breathe better at night. Do not wake up coughing or choking.
Good going Bowens!
Yeah you really should be very proud of yourself
Not an easy feat
Good job keep it up
Great job!!! I quit in 2015. I still dream about smoking but when I’m awake I don’t want to smoke. It must be in my subconscious somewhere though
I quit in 2007 with Zyban. I drank the pills for 2 months. The cravings were terrible. One day after 4 months I woke up with no craving. It was heaven. After 19 years it sure was the best decision of my life. Hang in there. You will never regret it.
well done, bud…glad for you…that’s a great accomplishment.
