One of our team leaders told us today that the goal is to get us promoted to a S3 role within 9 months. Which will be in June. I gotta pull myself together, no more attendance occurrences which could prevent me from getting the promotion. If I get the promotion it’s a 10% wage increase!! I’d go from $23.55 to $25.90. This could be such a great thing for me. I just hope I can make it to the promotion. I broke down in a panic attack today after a terrible call I had. I hope tomorrow is better. If I got this promotion I could probably afford to get a car within a year. Gosh I hope I can do it

I’m probably going to get written up for the work I missed and that write up is probably going to bar me from a promotion for 6-12 months. Just the facts. I hate myself for getting to this point

I dont know what to say because I’m sure your panic attacks are stress induced and nothing you are thinking yourself, but just believe in yourself and don’t think of mistakes as catastrophes. They are nothing in the grand scheme of things. You may care too much. Don’t not care at all, but avoid the black and white thinking we are prone to and only care enough to keep you motivated. I know it’s hard but you can do it.
