You are probably right since llm-chatbots are a product designed for continual engagement and immediate gratification. You just provide raw data for the purposes of development of dependence inducing corporate product. You act as glorified data entry peon, in exchange you get really fancy auto complete with offloaded thinking and it is dangerous for mentally unstable individuals to boot.
