I hit my head and back lower. It hurts like hell. I told myself to go hospital butni didnt go like an idiot. It hurts right now but not as bad. Not the first time. Cant touch it on my head without pain.

this is one of my biggest fears is falling out of bed…please be more careful and I’m glad you’re seeing the doc on monday…sad sad.
