My manager just informed me of the PTO policy. Any time you are absent(even excused ADA accommodations) they will apply your PTO that you have accumulated. Which sucks because I’m allowed 4 days off per month. I get close to 12 hours of PTO per month. My aunt’s wedding is in August and I wanted to take a full week of PTO this means I cannot miss ANY work starting in April to make sure I have enough by August. I don’t know how I’m going to have perfect attendance that long. I guess my paychecks will thank me for working so much though
