Im really scared. Im getting delusions that are not good. The pigeon outside is telling me how bad my fate is. He wont stop raising his voice he is almost screaming at me from behind my curtain.
Yesterday there was a mix of thought broadcasting that included many lies about me by an account on twitter that i am following.
I am concerned this is gonna get worse every day. Until i am eternally in hell.
I do not want to diet i just want to eat normal but i am scared that the voices do not like that either.
I am gonna go to the pub they have a good mac and cheese with bbq pulled pork on top
I am gonna call 111 to ask if i can raise my dose to 10mg by myself.

Eating normal food comforts me so that is why i need it.
Yes, i need normal food. I need a bit of all foods plus junk food. Like my nutritionist said to me at the gp, just keep it all to normal portion sizes, moderate thats all.
And everyone binge eats from time to time.
So i should not be scared if i still binge eat sometimes/ocasionally.
Zoe, everyone needs to eat and there’s nothing wrong with it. Also, pigeons are harmless. They definitely don’t say people deserve hell… It sounds like you have been unwell possibly because your dose is so low. I promise that these are all symptoms of psychosis. You will breathe a sigh of relief when you are back on your feet again

Once i am on 10mg i hope this all stops but i am not sure.
Delusions are usually med resistant unlike voices
I didn’t know that meds were unable to cure delusions. All I can say is that what you are experiencing isn’t normal or real. Maybe counseling would help? In the meantime, hopefully it is helpful to hear that I am sure your delusions have no basis for reality
