I wanted to contact the FBI or CIA about my problem that deals with certain people harassing me when I go out of my home, like when I went to the library today I heard the same group of people laughing and making derisive comments at me. Also, I felt deathly ill today. I was not able to drive or study at the library. My next door neighbor in the background, makes threatening comments.

I don’t think either agency would help you with those beliefs. I’m sorry you’re suffering. Try to get a trusted person to do reality checks with.
