@POET I’m really struggling.
I’m not sleeping well. The last image I have of my friend was him hanging out the car dead with his leg wrapped around the steering wheel broken.
It’s 4am at the moment. Today I hurt more than ever.

@Joker I was given IV paracetamol on the way to the hospital. Now I’m taking naproxen and paracetamol regularly.

@Milk trying to rest up as much as possible while my boys are in school.
I’ve just seen the mental health team. They came to see me here at my house. I feel slightly better after speaking with them.
