Yeah, that really sucks that he risked not only his own life but others as well. There’s usually a solid reason why people lose their license and it takes a lot to earn it back.

I’ve been out late afternoon. I went to see a friend and I chilled out. I’m feeling a bit better this evening. But I think it will hit me again at some point.

Just talk to us while you wait. Start working through the trauma by writing a letter to yourself about how you feel. Try deep breathing and meditation. In a few days Go to a gym and try karate or kung fu. Exercising releases emotions. Try yoga. Work through the pain. Draw. Color. Paint. Whatever it takes to work through it.

My head is absaloutly fucked.
I can’t get the image of my friend kit my head. After we crashed he was hanging out the drivers side window. All I could see were his legs and one was wrapped around the steering wheel broken. He died next to me. I heard them all resuscitating him while I waited for an ambulance myself.
I can’t get this ■■■■ out ky head. He didn’t ■■■■■■■ deserve this. Neither did I.
