I punched a wall once when I was like 16. Landed right on a stud. Knuckles swelled up like a balloon.

I broke a house window when I was in Sixth grade. I had to extract glass out of .y hand all day.

I was too poor to write on walls growing up. My mom didn’t have a ton of money to fix apartment walls. I felt guilty a lot of times before I did things due to poverty. Poverty sometimes kept me out of trouble other times it was my want of good things I couldn’t afford that led to crime.

You can buy wall patches on Amazon. I think they have six inch ones you can place over the hole and spackle it in and then paint it. They’re made of aluminum mesh and pretty strong. The end result is it will look like there was never a hole there. They come in a kit and are pretty cheap. When you go to paint them you got to match the paint already on the wall. I found two small bottles of paint that matched mine pretty close. I punched a BIG hole in my bedroom wall because I was mad at the neighbor and needed to buy a 10 inch patch, after I was done putting it on you could never tell there was had been a hole there.

After one of my first psychiatrist prescribed an antidepressant, I went completely manic and punched a hole through my bedroom wall.
